Paralegal Manager – Pharmaceutical Litigation

Melanie Brennan is a 30+ year veteran in the legal field, having worked in many areas of practice, including pharmaceutical drug litigation, mass tort, personal injury, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, admiralty, and commercial litigation. She has been with Allan Berger and Associates for over 10 years and is currently the Drug Litigation Administrator working with the attorneys on drug and class action cases including Reglan, Paxil, Hydroxycut, Nuvaring, Avandia, Celebrex, Bextra, Metabolife, Baycol, PPA, Serzone, Zyprexa, Vioxx, Breast Implant, Algiers Chemical Spill and Lafitte Chemical Spill.

Born and raised in New Jersey, she worked Civil Service with the U. S. Army in Bad Krueznach, Germany and relocated to Louisiana where she attended the University of New Orleans.
